I doubt he will stay healthy enough to give them quality minutes.

I think it is a great for the team... at the start of the season he can help take some of the pressure off of having Perk out with his injury... and in the playoffs he is simply another set of fouls to beat up on the big guys in the paint.

I honestly think that more than anything else... it is a statement to the rest of the teams in the East that Boston plans on being in the finals where they will need big guys to beat up on Odom, Gasol, and Bynum.

I honestly think that they could make it back, they were underdogs this year and the made it to the finals. Yes, Miami is going to be VERY tough, but the wild card is experience. As long as Boston has Rondo at point and a tough/gritty defense, they can make it back.

Hes a bench player...but i think he'll create some problems.

Boston is most def. in last ditch mode right now...

Too bad Wallace retired...i mean, Wallace, Garnett, Allen, Shaq, Peirce...

    It doesn't matter.

I can't wait for Kobe to earn his 6th after spanking Lebron and the south beach boys.

I think they are an old team that just got older. I don't want to call last year a fluke, because it wasn't. Maybe "surprise" is a better word, even though they fell one game short (and one injury) from winning the championship. They have 6 players with 12-18 years in the league. I'm just not sure they can hold up.

Rondo really broke out last year, and even more so in the playoffs. I think teams will be more ready for him this year, and the older guys are a year older. When players are in the league that long, one year can make a huge difference.

I think this team has some question marks going into the season...

-Can the old guys hold up?
    -Can Rondo carry the load?
-Will the younger guys contribute enough (Davis, Bradely, Harangody, Robinson, Perkins) to give the old guys some rest?

All of their younger guys are small. If a couple of the older guys are injured, they will be a small team. I would be surprised again if they make the finals this year. Chicago and Miami really improved their teams. Orlando will be solid again. I don't think the Celtics improved in the off season, and like I said, those old guys will be a year older.
