    Hey all,
I have been shooting my current setup for a couple months (setup in sig). Overall I am very happy with what I have put togther. However, I would like to cut down on the overall weight of the setup. Please note I haven't actually weighed anything.
One thing I am extremely happy with is the sound. This bow/setup is extremely quiet and I don't want to change that.

My initial thought was to reduce the stabilizer from 4 inches to 2 and/or to remove the bottom weight and replace it with one like in the top.

Lastly, I am currently shooting a 363 grain arrow. I've been looking at going to a 377grain arrow.

If I make the changes above, will the little added arrow weight help offest the loss in dampening?

I would remove the stabilizer and, if there is no increase in unwanted sound, leave it off.

Your z7 probably doesn't have that much noise/vibration. The stab. on most newer bows should be more for "stabilizing" than sound damping. IMO either take it off and save the weight or get a longer stab.
