Anybody know how to fix a little serving separation? I got the strings in October. Shoot a fair amount but not a ton and already have a decent amount of serving separation. Isn't there a way to tie a small amount of serving back on there?

You can see it in 2 spots here. Got the strings from bowdtrinh depot. Haven't emailed them this and figure they would take care of it but I want to see if I cam fix it first before I have to take it in to be serviced.

I would email the company. I am no bow string expert but usually the serving separation is caused by the strings stretching.

I agree with Sota that is caused by the string stretching. The best way to fix it is to serve it again. you could add some serving in there but until the string stops stretching it will continue to happen. As long as the string is not fraying though you should be ok to continue shooting.

If I had serving separation on a set of strings I got in October the maker would be sending me new ones. NOT normal wear.

I would contact the builder. Being that new they should be covered under warranty. Probably just need to send them in for a reserve. Alot of today's bows are very tough on servings.

Couldn't agree more. It really does pay to have a quality set of strings/cables on your bow. I went with Winners Choice strings a few years ago, and have had zero issues with them. Spend the extra money and get peace of mind, you owe it to yourself.
