I am a die hard youth hunter from Wisconsin. I have been inspired to film hunts. I have a Kodiak play sport and a gorilla tree arm and a good light weight tri pod. I 99% of the time hunt out of a tree stand an was wondering what else I may need or any tips. Also have a quality camera with flash on a smart phone.
Sounds like you have a start. A HD camcorder with more zoom than a phone or the Kodiak Play Sport would be my first investment. Im sure the Gorilla tree arm is sufficient even with a small camcorder for the future though I really like the Lone Wolf Tree Arm when I first started. Another thing is a decent pack to put all your stuff in when you go out. Dont forget your saftey harness when hunting from a tree! Good Luck man
