Self filming as well going on year two. it's tough being a self filming LEFTY......the camera is on the left and the viewfinder is on the left side of the camera....explains why my opening day doe was at the far left of the screen.

Self-filmer as well. This will be my second year self filming and i will be hunting mainly here in Florida, but will be traveling to VA and AL this year to try and post some "horn-ography" up on my YouTube channel which is linked below in my signature. Good luck to everyone out there! Hope we all get to put a few down this year on film!

I'm a self-filmer 95% of the time. Once in a while I'll bring a cameraman (usually my 11 year old son). The buck I killed a couple years ago will be an episode of The Break in a couple weeks. It was a self-filmed hunt. I'll drop a link on here when it airs. Here's a pic of the buck...

How about a still shot teaser ;)

I want to self film my hunts. I just don't have any equipment. I have a nice camera but I'm not sure what else is needed

Other than the camera, all you need is a camera arm (if in a treestand) or a tripod if in a ground blind. You could go the route of bow mounted cameras but I've found that those are not very good for putting nice looking videos together. You will also need a lot of patience and determination as this adds a whole nother element to your hunt!

I'm by no means looking for sponsors, I have 20 subscribers, I just want to share with as many people as possible how awesome bowhunting is, and because a lot of my friends don't believe I see deer sometimes

We do a little of self fuming and use a cameraman. Our stuff is all in good fun aswell. We are by no means looking for sponsors. We have started into some more artsy type filming this year.

I'm with ya. I was just saying that because I don't put that much thought into the video quality while I'm hunting.

I could care less what the video looks like if I'm going to shoot at a deer, but when I'm watching a couple of small bucks walk by I try to get "nice" footage
