I'd never include alcohol in any part of my hunt. A couple blasts of some good crystal meth usually does the trick.:nana: Seriously, booze and bows don't go together. jmho

Im always smiling Mark, sometimes people take my posts a little too serious :tu:

Also, I appreciate the backing guys, But im not trying to start a Siman vs "new guy" war here, im just not afraid to say anything that mind be "harsh". I usually dont get too involved, but drinking while hunting, thats just something i cant "let slide" without a jab or two.

    Carry on!

    LMAO ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Look I personally think anyone drinking and doing anything like driving or hunting or working just has no common sense.
I hear it all the time "but I am the one that has to live with my own consiquences" bull crap cause it can, will and does affect others.
Be smart and make the right choices.
However if you post on here and get ripped for something suck it up you posted it they replied.
But if you feel that having a few beers whle your hunting is ok then you my friend are one of the reasons peolple will use to judge all hunters.

I agree. I couldnt drink in the stand.. Sometimes i make that 1" mistake and feel like im gonna fall off...
But hey Having beers and driving home is illegal too. I bet everyone here has done it. And its way more dangerous than having a beer and getting in the stand.. Just sayin..

Im not bashing anyone here. We all have opinions..

My Step Brother gets high every time he sits on stand. He has killed over 90 deer in his life and never had an accident. Up till now a hand full of people have known he does this including my Dad who also gets high from time to time when he hunts. I have hunted with them a few times and do not follow their practice but I refrain from lecturing them. To each his own, we will all be judged by a higher power one day anyway;)

No Kid, No Kid. My family is filled with Pot Smoking Hunters and I still love them and respect them.

I wouldn't say he is the greatest hunter on Earth at all. Moving to Northern Arkansas and hunting Thermals kicked his but for the first six years he was there. I guess he know his limits and I am not his mother. I see no reason to crucify someone or run them off a site if I don't agree with them. I do not drink while I hunt currently, in the past I had a landowner who would always stop me if he saw me and want to have a beer or two on my way to afternoon hunts. I knew two wouldn't do me in and I wore a harness. Do I approve of sitting in a blind and getting wasted???? No but I see no reason to humiliate someone when there is a better way to get a point across.
