I'm having problems with my pse dream seasons weight being too much for the meantime. I've been quoted R2500 for 40-50# limbs (currently has 60-70# but local coach has it at 55#). This seemed like a good idea until I saw a naked hoyt ignite new for R4200 and a new diamond infinity for R4300 with an arrow rest sight and quiver. There was also a second hand naked pse chaos for R2500. My goal is to get a 45# 27in bow to practice with until I can sort myself out enough to shoot my pse. I'll probably pass the other bow onto my good lady or brother or keep it for small game. Any input would be greatly appreciated. * $1 = R10-12 (south African rand) depending on exchange rate.

All 3 of those bows are roughly the same. All have a lot of adjustment so they will all accomplish your goal. I would shoot them all first. If they all feel about the same, then I would probably go with the diamond simply because it already has some items with it. I don't think you can go wrong with any of those for what you're looking to do with it.
