I don't know of anyone in this state that's sad to see him go. He's a **** coach in the big games and ****ty with clock management.
The entire SEC is really excited about this hire. Arkansas is trying to convince themselves that he is what they needed, while the other 13 teams are celebrating the fact that he will continue the expectation of mediocrity at Ar-Kansas.

And what exactly does this say for Wisconsin when their coach, who just won 3 conference titles, leaves for a mid level SEC team in freaking Arkansas?

It says he knows OSU is about to own that division for however long Urban stays "healthy". No one cared when WI was winning B1G titles, who is going to care when they aren't? Sure he has no chance at Arkansas, but at least it will be warm and he can cheat.
Let's not kid anyone about the three conference titles either... Two were by default. He had some nice seasons... Let's put Brett in perspective here... His non conference opponents overall winning percentage was 39%, he only played against 4 BCS opponents out of conference in 7 years. He did however play 7 1-AA programs. He was 23-1 against Indiana, Illinois, Minnesota and Purdue. He went 16-18 against the rest of the B1G. He was 1-5 against Ohio State, although his one win was huge ending a perfect season for Ohio State. I believe Wisconsin can do better.
