Man sec coaches are dropping like flies.

I think AU is in big trouble.

Will Gus Malzahn go back to Arkansas or Auburn?

No one wants the AU job.

Gus had issues at Auburn... I doubt he goes back.

The most mentioned name I am hearing is Kirby Smart... that would be a great move for Auburn, but I seriously doubt he comes over to the good guys.

hah... Nobody said they needed a good coach. I'll tell you one thing... I don't punt with less than two minutes left when I am losing and have 4th and 3 from my own 40. You gotta go for those and at least lose trying to win.

Both Arkansas and Tennessee are better landing spots for Kirby Smart...truth is, I think he knows he will land a top 5-10 job nationally or take over the reigns at Bama after Saban steps aside...he is sitting well right now and doubt he budges just yet.

Auburn should have made the move 2 months ago when it became apparent it was necessary. Now a Kirby Smart is in total control. "I am really happy at Bama... I don't really need you... you need me... but let's talk money... yata yata yata." Or more appropriately... Yachta, Yachta, Yachta!

The only real pressure is on Bama if they want to keep him. Kirby wins either way... unless Bama's D falls down in the next two games, which I seriously doubt. You can bet he and Nick and Kirby's agent are in some pretty "G note"worthy convos right now.

I'm wondering who is going to take over at Kentucky and Tennessee.....
And you know Richt will be back on the chopping block if they lose the SEC championship two years in a row based on the statement that Richt can't win the big games.....they did beat Florida this year for the upset, but yeah it's time to win big!

This is the newest rumor. The rationale is they can't afford another season like this one and he brings instant winning capability. The rest of the rumor is Pat Sullivan replaces Jacobs at the end of the school year to bring some integrity back to the sports programs.:violin:

You know I can't stand them Dawgs... I do wish your team well though this weekend.

I am going 27-25 Georgia over Bama.

Yeah I'm really hoping for Richt and Murray's sake that they can win a big one! Either way, at least it's an SEC team that will be taking Notre Dame on....now Go Dawgs!

Don't blame you at all. I can't stand the guy. I don't want him at UT. Luckily I haven't heard much chatter about him in Knoxville, so, so far so good for me. :tu:

I saw that report, but none of the UT beat writers can confirm it and one beat writer said he highly doubted the report. From everything being reported by the beat guys, he isn't on the list. Apparently it's Fisher, Gundy, Strong, Golden and Fedora.
