    I agree with this

    Mclain >>>>> Spikes

    Spikes is too slow.

This is a tough one as to who is better than whom. I'd say its unfair to either to say one is better than the other. Spikes' only problem is that in low-profile games he just doesn't appear to play hard. Saturday ought not be the case there though :) McCalin is just a monster, an unreal college LB.

As far as McCalin being the top LB prospect, I believe Spikes holds (held) that position on some boards also.

Harvin contributes to this obviously, but they still have some very explosive athletes. I put this as much on Addazio (sp?) as I do the loss of Harvin.

I shall throw in another one.

    UF's leaders (Tebow, Spikes) >>> Bammer's leaders (McClain, ?? )

    Breaking news:

Carlos Dunlap. Florida's dominant defensive end, was arrested early this morning on a DUI charge. This is really a shame because this guy routinely attracts double teams.

It's likely he won't play Saturday.

FYI ;) That was Nu'keese and Mike actually (who were both dismissed from the team). If you've followed the story the DA dropped the charges against Jackson. However, Jackson was suspended from team activities until his legal stuff played out.

Gotya. I knew Jackson was involved and that were were looking more closely into his case but never heard anything more, then I flip on the game and there he was!

    I stand corrected :)

    LOL

Yeah, Jackson was just an innocent bystander. He just happened to be in the store at the same time, then walked outside to witness the robbery, then innocently got into the car with the other guys.

    Love It. :D

Losing Dunlap could be big for Florida as he does consistently draw double teams.

Is Ingram going to be 100% or has there been any news on that?

Dont' really care who wins, but it's going to be one heck of a game. If I had to guess, I'd say Bama by a field goal.

Can only go off of what was reported, and the Knox DA and Knox PD (not just his attorney) both have said he did not know what happened. :D

Has anyone heard if Urban is going to suspend him for the game...that would be a pretty big blow, as Mcelroy is a weakness for us, and pressure on him could turn the game if he makes a bad decision or 2.

    He's suspended indefinitely.

This is definitely a blow to the Gators but his back, Justin Trattou, is more than capable of filling in. He started over Dunlap for much of last year and outplayed Dunlap in last year's SEC's title game because he better against the run. He's not nearly as talented, but he has a non stop motor.

Also- don't be surprised to see Spikes line on on the edge on passing downs to blitz to put added pressure on McElroy.
