Ummm.... yeahhhh, are you sure you want to validate their point by bringing Auburn into the conversation?

OSU could learn from Auburn about how to hide their violations a bit better.

Not only is the SEC better at football, we are better at hiding our violations. :tu:

Well, they think if you win, you must be cheating. I just didn't want any past winner to feel left out

Ha! Ain't that the truth! Those damn tattoos, traded for some autographs!!

Oh well... at the very least, maybe we should learn to cheat at the SEC's level. That might level the playing field a bit, eh? ;)

Yes the Big Ten sucks at cheating, Michigan got ding for too much practice and we still went 5-7.

I admit the SEC is better at cheating.

So...you just admitted that the SEC is smarter than the Big 10.

Sweet! :tu: Glad we got that cleared up!

I deserve it, I started this thread, but it's been pointed out I am to stupid to argue this point any further.

Being an auburn grad/fan/athlete I've seen and heard a lot. I know that auburn had its share of trouble but it happens in every major program in all sports across the board. Tell me how an athlete can have several children and a girlfriend that live with him and drive a nice car and go out with the guys and anything else they want. They all get paid, it's just which program the media wants to expose.

IU announced that one of their four star recruits for this year will not be part of the team. He wasn't able to get his academics in order.

The guy had offers from Alabama, Florida State and a host of other big name schools.

    ...congrats?

This happens at every school, every year. Even the SEC.

Thought it was relevant to the thread.

My main point was that a program notorious for its struggles didn't let a four star recruit in due to academics when he would have been a major help on the football field. I'm sure some schools in that situation would have found a way for him to be eligible.

Actually he was deemed to good for Indiana football and would have made the rest of the team look bad:)
