Grrrrr!!! September 18th It opens here In Minnesota. Just looked It up now and I see I'm In a one tag area once again!! Man this Is getting old very quickly!!
Early you probably know better than me as you seem to come up here often. Can you buy the same tags over te counter if your hosted as I can as a resident?
Jay, I have always hunted with a guide in Alberta, and they supply the tag. I just know that as a non-resident you have to be hosted or have a guide. These licenses are purchased over the counter (as apposed to a draw) by an issuing agent. You also MUST have a WIN (Wildlife Identification Number). It's good for 5 years. You might want to PM Youngfart about hosting. He has experience in this area. Hope this helps.
