Went out for an evening hunt. Blind was set a few weeks ago so just put the decoys out, opened a couple windows a bit to let the breeze blow through. Crossbow was laying on the ground on a plastic sheet as the ground was real wet. Sitting on a pail glassing the tree line and "B A N G". At first I thought the bow discharged - but the arrow was still on the rail. Right hand limb busted off right at the mounting bolt. 2 yr old bow last fall, had just been through the shop before I bought it in January. Showed very little use and no abuse. Now to try and get hold of the company to see what they have to say. None of them even bother to look at their messages from their web site. Automated answering system don't get me anything but a good bye. Only 4 month till deer season so I hope something happens. Makes me kind of gun shy from purchasing a used bow again but I sure cannot afford a new one that has some quality to it.
