Germ, that sucks same thing happened to me. That is why I no longer use Jiffy Lube. They did'nt put oil in the car. Blew the engine. Had the towtruck drop my car right in front of the store. Manager took care of it. Got new engine but it sucked I had to go thru it. Glad everything worked out.
Yes I am late reposting, but was wondering what the outcome was. I am glad it was just the lack of lubrication and that you only missed a few hours of vacation instead of something really significant. 1000 A+ quality character points go to you for the way you handled the situation.
