Got out today and scouted my new piece of land that I just gained hunting access to this year... and wow, I was there apx, 45min, and probably seen 10-15 rubs just walking through, maybe more, the Red area is absolutley full of acorns and rubs, the white area is apx. where I found what you see below. I'm super excited about this piece. :D

There was also one tree probably 14" across that had been rubbed, mostly just scratched it up with his brow tines.:)

Then I came across this guy....

Main frame 8 with 4 kickers, what a shame, found what seems to be a shotgun bb lodged in his skull, or could possibly be a .22, it's hard to tell, you can see it close to the base of his main beam. But it shows the potential of these grounds and this area.

    I'm so jealous.

As a new Virginia resident without access to any private land, I've spent months scouting the various public hunting areas. Buckmaster, you found more in 1 day on a small plot than I found the last 6 months on 4000+ acres of public land!

GOOD LUCK! I'd love to hear a story about a VA boy taking a nice buck this year!
