Does anyone using these cameras? Just curious to hear some feedback on them. The price is very nice, just curious to hear about the quality, battery life, and longevity of them.

Check out this thread at HNI,

There are a couple SG's representatives there. I personally don't like them because of their small cone shaped flash. Doesn't leave much margin for error IMO.

I tried getting my hands on one to test and review at Trailcam.com, and possibly sell but the company wasn't very cooperative so I gave up. Looks like a decent camera for the money, but its hard to tell until you use one.

I know Graf loves his Reconyx cameras to death, and I've been pleased with my Cuddeback Captures so far so we'll stick with those for now.

Yeah, the only problem with the two brands you just listed is the price. I can't afford to drop that kind of cash to buy 8-10 cameras!

The Cudde Captures retail for $200 and if you want 5-10 we can cut you a deal. Scout Guards retail for what, $200?

Not many people can drop the case for 5-10 Reconyx cameras, I agree. It takes a special person for that. :D

I was over at a friends place today and he showed me some Scoutguard video clips and pictures. I was impressed considering they retail for $200.00!

Steve and I used ours this year and it worked out great, We set it out in late Sept. and when we returned the last week of Oct. the batteries still had half of there life left. As far as pics they were awesome and I have a buddy at work selling them for around $160.. My buddy also informed me that they are planning on putting a viewer right on the remote you plug into it so you can check pics while it is still on the tree. Walt
