Purchased a Scott Silverhorn release a few weeks back. Broke the head, (slamed in truck door, long story & stupid) Sun, E-mailed Scott in an attempt to purchase new head. Mon, They replied back saying they were sorry I wrecked my release head, asked if it was camo or black and what my mailing address was. Replied back with info. Waiting for price & where to send $$. Thur, new head in mail box. No charge! Very unexpected, I believe Scott has another life long customer.
I always like hearing about great customer service! I love my Scott release and I don't think I will get another brand.
That is great to hear. Working in customer service I am always glad to find other companies out there that still believe in it. Also makes me glad to own a Scott Sabertooth!! Works great!

Always great hearing about awesome customer service. So hard to believe in this day and age that some companies are so clueless and can't figure that out.
Iv'e been hearing some great costomer service stories for a couple of years now. So far mine has held up for 2 years and running.
Scott/CBE is now owned by Elite and it sounds like the unbelievable customer service that Elite provides has carried over to there other companies!!!!!!!!!!!!!
