I recently sent a Rhino XT into Scott for repair. The issues was totally my fault, as I was messing with something I shouldn't have. In any event I sent the release in with a short note explaining the problem and its cause, I also excluded my contact information the pay for the repair. That was approximately about week ago. I wasn't contacted in that time, and apparently there wasn't a need. In the mail today was my release, fully repaired with no bill attached. With all the negative CS and wait time threads we see I just wanted to give some props for a great CS I received from Scott Archery.
Awesome to hear. There are lots of companies in this industry that have great customer service. Probably more in this industry as a whole than a lot of industries. I recently bought a Rhino XT and its by far my favorite release. Awesome trigger if you use the heaviest spring.
