I scored my buck this evening, but I wasn't sure what to count this "point" as. It's obviously the start of a G4, but would it be counted as an abnormal point? A G4? Or not counted at all?

It has to be 1" from tip to where it hits the main beam, and if it IS then it would be the G4 measurement.

It doesn't appear to make 1", in which case it would be ignored all together.

    .

Alright, thanks. I thought it had to be 1", but I wasn't sure what classified something as an abnormal point(obviously a kicker or droptine, but if this classified as one as well), but I guess it would have to be 1" to be considered a point of any type. Thanks.

Almost right on. It can still be an Inch and not be considered a point. The point has to be at least an Inch long and must be longer then wide.

Because you're on Team 17, the proper way to do it would be to measure from the tip of that point to the base of the brow tine. Just a heads up. ;):)
