Score?

Shot this dude last night 200lbs dressed. Any score guesses?

 

I'd say you scored a touchdown

 

So hard to say from the photos, but I would put him in the 160" range.

 

Pics are deceiving and telling at the same time. I came up with 168 3/8.

Be sure to post score when you get it.

 

169 3/8 if that nub on his right base ends up an inch

Yeah sorry about the terrible pics. It was to say the least a rough night. Truck stuck, blood trail from hell, surrounded by hungry yotes, in the middle of thickest crap on planet Earth, out of flashlight etc... but we got it done.

 

So do you already know the score and qaiting for more to guess?

Hell of a buck may have went a bit over on the beams, mass and IS. Curious none the less

 

I have no idea what the score is. Where did you get that from?

 

I was just askingbwhether you had already scored him and seeing how close people would get. Not uncommon for someone to do so.

 

I like to play the "guess what the deer scored game" but typically you should score it before asking! I mean, you have the deer in hand? Estimates are are for live deer and educational purposes! IMO, he doesn't look like he has the tine length to get above 160. I am going to guess 157. I've been wrong before! :p Let us know what he scores when you have a few minutes to get a tape on him. Great deer, congrats!

 

Don't forget to take pics with out your bow so the buck doesn't count

Hard to tell from the pics ........ I got 168 not counting the stickers which would put it just in the 170's.

 

I do not know about any scores...never had any of mine scored nor do i plan on it. But that is a damn fine buck and you should be pleased whatever the number is.

 

At first glance 160 jumped into my mind. Pics can be so deceiving, but looking closer I'd say somewhere between 148-156.
The right side looks like it will score a fair amount lower than the left side. Very very nice buck.

 

I have no idea what he might score, but I do know this, that buck is a tank! Congrats to you!!
