    They have to be at least an inch long and not mirrored by anything on the opposite side so I'd say yes though I can't tell for sure how long they are. I erred on the side of caution and guessed an inch each.

    1" and longer are officially scorable. Unofficially people use the if you can hang a ring on it its a point.

    I always use the 1" rule.

    Yes alot of folks here in Oklahoma say if you can hang a ring on it it's scorable but yeah you can clearly hang a few rings on these kickers stickers whichever you prefer
