    Everyone has their own way to do phyics. Here is a good example of how. Draw it out. Then at each portion put what you know, or what you need.

    I was always really good at working backwards. Using the the units of what you need vs. what you know.

    Also, is this a technology type class or a full physics type class. It's been years since I've taken my phyiscs classes, differentials are no fun

    A bad teacher will make the class hard. My suggestion... read the book. I found that in classes where the teachers were poor, I did better reading the book. A tutor is also a viable option.
