I had my Schaffer Opposition Rest break yesterday due to improper install from another shop. Brought it to Schaffer today and had Jason fix her up. 100% life time guarantee. Jason also found a couple issues with my peep and loop. Had him fix the rest and re paper tune. Served in a new peep and loop in about 1 hr. While helping all the other customers in the shop. I guess what I'm saying is that aside from it breaking from instal error, it is a hell of a rest and superb customer service. The guys at Schaffer archery should be the only ones installing these rests only because they know the exact setup for the cord and adjustments. My bow is now shooting better than ever. ^^^ Glad that you got your bow fixed up. The guys at Schaffer are super. Jason has set up both my bows, while Rodger and John are always ready to give solid advise and help. I won't take my rig to anybody else for service. I'm lucky to have Schaffer Performance Archery in my home town.
