Who has these and what are your thoughts? I purchased a pair this weekend. They are very comfortable and are real light. Curious if they are really waterproof like they say they are.

T, I could have purchased a Wisconsin if I really wanted to but it would really have been for only 1 weekends use. I have had new boots on my list this entire season ever since I tore a hole in my old ones last year! I am up in Minnisota next weekend so the weekend after would have been my only hunt cause IL opens the weekend after!

Not exactly sure. Think it is just outside St. Paul. I am going to a fishing rod building class at my ice fishing rod sponsor. Should be a great time. We have about 15 guys going up for 2 days to build our own rods. Going to have a bbq and bonefire! Should be a great time!

I am sure that I did show you. They are the ones with the wood handles that have my name laser impirinted in them. Should be a great time. I am really looking forward to it!

Do these boots have any insulation? If so what is the most grams you can get? It gets cold up here!!!!!

They don't say anything about the insulation but they didn't seem bad. I purchased them a bit bigger so I can wear heavier socks if needed. I just checked the scentblocker.com site and didn't see anything about it either. I am considering exchanging them for the new version that has the zipper side though.

Got to try out my new boots today for the first time. Have to say that I was very happy and impressed with them. They are unbelievably light weight and did a great job of keeping my feet dry after walking through several creeks. Only problem I have is I purchased them a little to big. Think that I will get a smaller size for early season and use these larger ones for winter when I need to double or triple up socks since they don't have much insulation in them.

I am shocked to hear that. They sure don't seem that insulated. Well that is good to know!

I have the 8 in version and love them except for the fact that it takes some real work getting them on and off without the lace ups. I haven't tried the full length version, but look like a good boot.

Not having laces is one of the things I really like about these boots. They are real easy to get on and off. I really couldn't be happier. Just think I am going to purchase a smaller size!

They definetly cost a little more then other boots that I have purchased but I already think they are worth it. The real question is how long they will last but only time can show that.

I have a pair of Rocky boots that I purchased 2 years ago. They were about half the price of the Scent Blockers but they have just fallen apart on me. I was really hoping for good things from them but they have been a big dissapointment.
