I was wondering if you guys had any scent issues with Muck Boots, or any kind of boots with neoprene uppers. I got a pair for Christmas and used them during turkey season and they were great. However, I'm concerned that the neoprene will smell after I sweat in them a few more times. When I wrestled in high school and college I wore neoprene kneepads and they used to smell AWFUL after only a few weeks. I'm hoping that doesn't happen with my boots.

From my experience with mucks is ur feet will smell sooooo bad n the inside of ur boot will b worse but the smell will stay in the boot. Used to wear them for work. Wear good socks...I liked under armor ones myself but guys also said wool is good...keeps the liquid off ur feet. They r good boots, just have their down sides lol.

I spray my woody elites pretty heavy as I have with previous boots neoprene or not. I also roll the Mucks down and let them air out also.

Maybe get one of those boot dryers that blow air inside the boots. Might help air them out. Then spray them with lysol to kill bacteria that cause odors. Those dryers are fairly inexpensive

I was strongly considering getting a set for my duck waders. Might have to spring on that a bit early.
