    Its getting close to that time of year to start using scents for me.

    Does anyone have cheaper idea for scent wicks vs. the ones you can buy?

    Unscented tampons. A box of forty costs about the same as a four/five pack of scent wicks.

    Also, they conveniently have a string attached so you can tie them to tree limbs.

    Some guys go as far as to use their wife/girlfriend's used tampons during the rut. I've read people swear by the practice, but that is a little too far out there for me.

    Yea, I have heard the same thing. Ive seen the unscented tampon for scent wics used before too, I was going to suggest that.

    I bought a 12 x 12 inch scrap of felt for pennies and cut it into strips. looked like the 4$ pack of four to me.
