Ok does anyone have a suggestion which to use or both. I've been thinking about getting the bag. But I like the idea of the ozonices. Sent from my SCH-R970 using Tapatalk
I wouldn't take a unit to the woods with me. I have the scent crusher bag and it works well. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Why wouldn't you take a unit to the woods. I've watched youtube on the ozonics and I've been impressed. Sent from my SCH-R970 using Tapatalk
I had ozonics for two years and I had mixed results. Deer winded me and some didn't. I like the idea of ozonics but it is not perfect. Don't know much about scent crusher. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
Some days all day like rut other days maybe just morning or afternoon Sent from my SCH-R970 using Tapatalk
On some of the videos on the ozonics it says deer 1 will not react to ozonics 2 flee from smell. So I'm kinda hoping if I do both I've got everything covered. Sent from my SCH-R970 using Tapatalk
What ever you do it is very important to cover you breath. That's one smell that you are constantly giving off. I use dead down wind mouth spray. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
I absolutely LOVE my Scent crusher gear bag. I am not just saying that. To be honest, when I first saw it at ATA is 2016 I thought "gimmick." It isn't. I have always been super careful with my scent control, using detergents, sprays, carbon clothing, etc. I saw a noticeable difference in what I could get away with as far as wind direction this year. I started treating all my gear with the bag (boots, clothes, pack, harness, calls, camera...everything) instead of just my clothes and I can honestly say I had more close encounters with big bucks this season than in any previous one. maybe that is a coincidence, but I'm superstitious like that. I will be using my gear bag religiously from now on. I am actually getting one of the totes to keep my gear in also. As far as Ozonics...I have no experience so no real opinion, but personally I like the idea of pretreating everything with ozone and not having to tote something else into the woods.
I don't use either, based on my belief that anything that has a picture of a buck on the package you are paying extra. I bought an ozone machine on the e-bay and set up a tent. I run the machine for a half hour while I take my scent free shower, go out to the tent and get dressed to hunt. My gear and clothing get ozone treated before every hunt. No need to bring a machine up in the tree with me.
All are good aspects to both products. And if using either one it helps on control human and out of place smells. Anything you can afford to use that assists you in the field to hide your self is better than nothing. I personally use Scent crusher, First of this type of scent control for me, and I am happy with the results. First thing I did when I got the bag was tested it on my cousins jacket (he Smokes) after a run or 2 The smoke and disgusting ash smell was nearly gone! And the Ozone GO awesome in the Truck, we have dogs!

I had the Scent Crusher bag. I never could tell whether it was the bag or just doing a good job of scent control. My biggest complaint was that it is hard on elastic. I returned mine.
I have used Scent Crusher products all year and I don't see the need for ozonics. Get yourself a scentcrusher bag
I used the ozonics this last season with good results. Downside for me is the slight hum of the fan. Didnt seem to mess with the deer as I was fortunate to get a year and a half old straight downwind with the ozonics on. Sent from my SM-G935V using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
I haven't used either but would lean more towards the scent crusher bag if you can't buy both. I don't think the Ozonics can eliminate as much of your scent from your clothes in the stand like the SC bag can before you go out. I honestly don't think there's anything that will eliminate your scent 100% so playing the wind coupled with eliminating as much odor as you can is your best bet. I would go with the bag. Especially in the early season when you're more likely to sweat.
I have used ozonics will mixed results. I have a scent crusher truck thing that plugs into the cigarette lighter. Well I just pulled all my camo blind material out of the woods. I put it in my truck and drove home. Got home and had a stink bug in the material. Trying to get him out and he laid an egg. I got everything out and plugged the scent crusher thing in. In two hours my truck smelled clean. I could smell a little ozone smell but I was impressed. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
