After seeing this yesterday I searched eBay for deals that good on a treestand and I couldn't find one. I hope it works out for you, update us after the deal goes through.
Never been scammed on ebay. I bought a JVC Camcorder that sells new for $1400 on ebay for $225. Guy had it for 4 months and didn't like it. Still had the stickers on it.

I buy tons off ebay...never had an issue. I've bought over a hundred items in the past 12 months...lol.
It hasn't been a week yet man. You got to calm down, unless you put all your lifesavings in, no need to worry about it. Make it be a surprise present so that when you come home 2 weeks from now you find it on your door.
My worry is the authenticity of the item. When I had less money I used ebay more. Now not so much, I imagine I'd have thousands more in the bank if I did.
Not all sellers will bother to mark an item as shipped and provide tracking, new sellers may not even be aware of how that works. Hell I have had veteran sellers not mark an item as shipped and about the time I get a lil peeved it shows up on my doorstep. Also many people will have a note in the auction stating it may take XX amount of days to ship once your payment is posted.
We buy most of our camera equipment on Ebay. It's not uncommon to find $700 cameras for $200-$300. So far were 3 for 3 without a hiccup. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
Heres an update on the situation...item was shipped on the 12th and i have still not received the treestand. i opened a case on ebay that contacts the seller and they have til the 8th of july to respond before i can open an official investigation with ebay. I merely informed the seller i had not received the item yet and asked for shipping details.
Dang sorry to hear. This late in the game I'd say you've been scammed. You should be covered though. I rarely use ebay I usually use amazon.
well today i filed the investigation with ebay, it took about 2 hours and i got a message from ebay that said i had been refunded. it sucks that i didnt get the treestand but atleast i got my money back.
Well it stinks you didn't get the product but cool that you got a refund. be sure and fill out negative feedback for the seller as a warning to other potential buyers...
