Saw 170 inch + buck chasing!!!!!

    That's just gets my blood pumping. Every year I'm excited to get to bow season but when u start seeing the big boys chasing that takes me to a whole new level of excitement. He was about 300 yards away chasing 5 doe . The doe were not receptive yet but he was sure interested

    if a mature buck is chasing.......shes smelling!!!

    Some does do come into estrus this early. I'm guessing that's what happened here.

    I would agree they went into one of the last standing corn fields so I didn't get to see how it ended . It just got my heart racing!!!

    Wow, thats a bit early! As others mentioned, it probably was a doe coming into estrus early. Cool deal.

    had a couple 2.5 yr old bucks still cruising together yesterday morning. did notice some fresh scrapes being laid down.

    I share a small private tract with a buddy and he saw a wide 10 pointer dogging two does yesterday am in Central, IL. It didn't look like she was ready, but he was chasing/seeking big time!

    havnt you tried using calls like rattlig grunting and snort wheezing. you might have a chance hell get his attention off that doe and come to your buck decoy if u have one.
