    I just got word that I'll be PCSing to Ft Hood in November rather than Bragg in September...Army always changing things! Hopefully there is some good hunting in that area of Texas.

    Not in the immediate area. My CWO4 owns alot of land out there and has some great bucks but not close. Thats the best he could get working in san antonio

    Yea they hang in parks where you cant hunt too. Some big ones there.

    camp bullis does hunts for active duty and retired and civil service members. its a first come first serve I believe and ive seen and heard of some mosnster white tail being taken out of there. im talking about 180bc plus
