I can think of a few tree's/spots In the woods I've hunted the last 20 years that I used to have good success In seeing good bucks out of year after year. This Is not the case anymore though. Why? Not sure. For you deer hunters who do, that's like an ace In the whole and can make your hunting that much easier. I miss my old spots or honey holes.
I had one tree that I bowkilled 7 does and 5 bucks out of, but don't have permission to hunt that property anymore. I have no doubt it would still produce, it was in a perfect funnel. I saw does and bucks darn near every time I hunted it - from opening day, till late season. Sure wish I still had that spot.
