How's it going everybody I need some help determining and distinguishing so last season around Mid to late Dec I get a photo of this nice 8 point which definitely looks mature healthy a every bit of 3 1/2 4 years old deer a shooter imo and this year same spot Oct 9 I get a pic of a buck with the same features nice 8 point rack that looks bigger now in early season nocturnal I would say because the pic was a 2:41 A.M. but it goes to say that big bucks don't get big wondering around in shooting light but I want your opinions do you think it's him or do we need more photos of him. Here's a look.

Looks possible to me. The way his main beam on the right side sweeps up looks similar in both deer. Also looks like a reasonable amount of growth in one year for a deer that age. Good luck in finding him with shooting light, shoot straight.

My first guess is NO. The angle of the antlers to the deers head appears too much different to me.

The right main beam curls up on the right side as it comes to a point on both pics while the left side shoots straight out. If they're not the same deer id say they're half brothers lol

Hard to tell from those pics but I'm thinking different deer. Similar characteristics but the bottom buck's rack is much taller where as the first buck's rack seems to be shorter in height and wider. Either way, good luck getting after them/him!

From the way the beams angle up, in my opinion i think it's the same deer.
