Is it possible to salvage good veins off split arrow, if possible would it be recommended strictly for arrows I practice with? And best way to go about doing so?

Agreed, I don't think its worth all the time and hassle of trying to strip the vane off the arrow and trying to get all the old glue off each vane.

This. I don't know if you would ever get the proper adhesion the second time around.

x3. It's a lot of effort, the vanes are nigh on impossible to get off without damaging the foot, and if you did you'd have to get the glue off them. I don't reckon it's worthwhile.

I agree as well. It's not worth the trouble. Get a bag, you'll be glad you did.

    Not worth the effort.

    Would rather buy new ones.

Nope, not worth it. I buy in bulk, and even if you don't, vanes are cheap.
