I was just wondering how many years you use your harnesses before you replace it?

Look at your specific harness's owners manual and it will specify when to replace.

Also, keep in mind that regardless of what the owners manual says, if you see ANYTHING that shows wear or something similar... get rid of it. Harnesses are cheap if you think about what they do.

I checked it out and the harness is still in good shape and has one more year before recommended replacement but I lost 40 pounds since last fall. It is now to big. What harness do you guys recommend? I am looking at Muddy, Seat O Pants, and The Hunters Safety vests.

All are quality harnesses and it comes down to a personal preference. If you are close to a Cabelas they usually have all the harnesses out on a rack for customers to take a look at or try on before they buy (not sure if they carry Muddy though). My personal preference was the Seat of the Pants Fastback. Not too heavy, not easily tangled, and their linemans belt and climbing system is a very nice setup. Hey congrats on losing the pounds!

Thanks. I am leaning towards the Seat O Pants right now. That is the one I have and haven't had any problems with it.
