I definitely don't feel bad bout the bucks but did miss a doe at 10 because as I switched sides on the tree as she passed by, I bumped my trigger as I took aim and shot bout a foot in front of her face. She stopped locked at and then sniffed the lighted nock in front of her , turned around and walked back. She pegged me in the tree as I nocked another arrow. Just another situation I had to laugh at. Ended up killing the next 2 does I shot at for the season
To me it really depends on so many factors. Public vs private, how long of a walk you have, the types of trees and so on.
