You should definitely do something about that. Talk to the landlord or confront the other hunter.

I agree with everyone else. Don't pack the bags yet. You deserve to be there as much as he does... Probably more. Talk to the landowner and find out what permission he has. If you both have access, come to an agreement on who hunts where and when.

I don't get it? you have permission and your leaving for a trespasser. Don't worry he ruined your hunt today with atv but those deer were back sooner then you left. That spot is still huntable. Tell the landowner and if nothing call the police. Hes trespassing. Then after they don't do anything you find his atv when he parks to hunt. Slash all 4 tires, then hide and watch him push the atv all the way home.

    Just sayin

Stooping to his level and committing an act of vandalism yourself won't help you much. Talk to the land owner and try to work it out. Best of luck to you.

I hunt mostly public land but I do have a small piece of private land I have permission to hunt and it's great but the neighbor is an A hole and runs his dogs and walks through the property and rides his ATV when he knows I'm there. He has even stolen my screw in steps from a couple trees I had set up. The owner of the property is very nice and asked if I wanted her to press charges for tresspassing but I don't want her to start having problems with this guy so I told her don't worry about it. My solution was to park down the road or have someone drop me off and use my lone wolf stand so I pack it In And out every hunt. It's not as nice as leaving a stand up for sure but the guy doesn't know when I'm there and I've had no problems since.

Another thing maybe the guy doesn't know you have permission to hunt there and thinks he's stoping a trespasser so I would at least try to find out from the owner if this guy knows you're allowed to be there.
