Growing up a Bulls fan it is a sad day indeed here in the chicago area. Both Johnny "RED" Kerr and Norm Van Lier passed on yesterday. I wish Norm could of ended his career with the bulls but being with our neighbor the bucks was ok. I have quick little story from back in the early 90's. I was at a celebrity golf tournament and had just gotten a autograph from seka the former porn star who signed on my chest. Well I see Red over by this pond and bee line over to him for a autograph. It is in the mid 90's out the man is beat Red and just shanked one into the pond. So I walk up, hey Red how about a autograph and he says no problem. As I hand him the marker I start telling him I had just gotten a autograph from Seka and she signed my chest. So he asks to see it and so I show him then he proceeds to sign the otherside of my chest. Well just about this time Norm Van Lier walks up RED what the hell are you doing. Red wtf does it look like I am doing. Norm turns around and walks away I need a new F'n partner and Red just starts laughing big time. Oh that was a great moment and with it being so hot out they still kept a sense of humor. R.I.P. T Stormin with some Mojo!
