    Jeff...... Timing is everything. ;)

    The land we are looking at is 45 acres which includes a 5 acre build site. It already has a well, septic and electrical service. The 40 that it butts up to contains a high ridge and some hollows. Sort of like buying a mountain, you know, a small one! ;) There is about 5 acres tillable in corn and 3 or 4 food plots up on top of the ridge. Plenty of deer and turkey sign!

    We're still negotiating and keeping our fingers crossed. I hope it works out, if not, we'll keep looking.
