I saw some good rut action this morning in NE Ohio. Had a small 6 and a shooter 8 following a doe around. The 6 would chase her, but the 8 was content just hanging around. He came in to 66yds, but hung up. Tried grunting at him while he started walking away, but he only stopped for a minute then continued on his way. Can't wait for my vacation to start next Friday!!!
Oct 31st my buddy killed a nice buck while he was trailing a doe and yesterday another nice buck was shot on our lease trailing does! I had some small bucks run a doe right underneath me ! I think its here ! Now I need a few off days at work!
I am going to have to go out the rest of the week till I got to go get my new bow I have a bow just getting a newer one anyone here of any good ones getting killed yet with the moon almost full
Colder temps coming thru should help even more. Can't wait to get out Friday evening and then Sunday morning
I would say next week should be a great time to hunt. Weather is showing low temperatures and the full moon will be over with.
