I’ve finally isolated the larger bucks on property to one corner. This is very tick timber/brush and the big ones love to sleep here. Would you say hunting near this place would be better, then other areas where Does bed? I have several Mock Scrapes I made up Saturday around some natural rubs in the thick area. But do you think the Bucks will still use this place to hide out during the rut, or should I start hitting my doe areas? I haven’t got any pics of these two bigger bucks anywhere else on the property. I am planning on hunting the thick part the end of next week, but I am wondering if I’d be better off at other locations.

im not very knowledgeable when it comes to bedding but if it were me id be where the does are bedding because you might catch the buck right behind the doe after he pushes her from her bedding. or in the evening you may see him following her. goodluck!
