I do not have specified rubber boots for hunting. That said I do have a old pair that tend to cause blisters when hiking up hill. And I always wear over boot rubbers to quiet walk and helps keep my feet warmer. All that said I do wear " waterproof " hikers. I say that with a grain of salt because that never lasts long..until I found foxelli hikers...long and short do love them and water proof one year later for 89.ok. mind you I beat the crud out of my boots. Well son wanted rubber boots for Christmas. I searched far and wide and hey, muck boots are dang expensive! Didn't I find Foxelli boots yeh! 79 or so . He has been wearing them daily ,warm and dry and he's been out fishing with them. The only point he made was they are just a bit tight across top of arch.
