    Wow. That's a lot of money, but probably a drop in the bucket. Interesting from what i read that a french study hung em, but Bayer maintins it doesnt cause cancer. This also reminds me i need to spray again.

    I quit spraying it a long time ago. I was one of the first to plant RR Ready alfalfa in my county and the horse folk didnt want it, the dairy I sell to didnt want it so I disced it under and went back into a wheat rotation. I know a lot of "weekend farmers" aka plot planting hunters spray it bc it takes a few more steps to get a clean seedbed otherwise but I've planted better plots that last longer and grow stronger without it. In our no-till practice in western Oklahoma we've phased out herbicides, primarily glyphosate and have had better yields but not enough data to correlate whether the lack of glyphosate had much to do with it. But then again I lay down the ammonia nitrate like it's going out of style some years so, 6 of one half dozen of another.
