    Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with high quality glyphosates that are a bit cheaper than RoundUp. Messing around on ebay I've found a few that claim to be the same and just as effective, but I wanted to see if anyone has used anything they found to work just as well? thanks in advance!

Cimarron.. 2,4-D. Cimarron is probably a bit more expensive but the stuff is pretty potent. I know a lot of farmers who use 2,4-D.

2-4D only kills broadleaf weeds, it won't kill grasses.

Any generic 41% glyphosate formula will do the job a lot cheaper than RU.

What John said. Go to your local feedmill or agricultural co-op and they can sell it fairly cheap. I guy 2.5 gallon jugs of it (if I remember correctly) for around $50. That's usually enough to last me 2 years.

Yea the big jugs are the way to go. For me (making small-sized plots) it will last even longer than 2 years. But that was before I started managing residential properties as side jobs.. Now it goes too fast

    Good luck, have fun.
