    Ok I'm not tryin to be to outright an I know it's differs by state but who has had to deal with child custody before? Whether it was just an agreement or full blown court case I need some help. If ya could pm if you have I'm not tryin to blurt out my business just desperately in need of some help

    Fuzz unfortunilty the system is bias and they always side with the mother. your gonna have to prove shes a unfit mother. I would defiantly get a lawyers advice.

    That's the part that kills me, but fortunately/unfortunately she's never known me an her mother to be together

    Good luck brother and i hope everything works out for you and your little girl. i couldn't imagine going thru that with my sons mother. i rather wrestle a wild hog then tangle with a hard headed women!

    Thank you bro seriously like I said the big guy up there really needs to help me out. I'm far from a church goer but I've always been told "if god will bring ya to it, he will pull ya through it" prayin that its true!
    An your right I'd rather go dodge highway traffic then tango with a crazy female.

    I grew up around my mother my sister an my aunt an honestly never saw them act like a b word. So now that I've grown up I have nooooooooo clue how to deal with females when they act like that.

    I've only delt with it indirectly Fuzz (step daughter) it is a PITA
    Get the BEST lawyer you can afford PERIOD even if it means missin some lunches or even...... sellin your bow!

    Women don't always get custody. I got full custody of my son when he was 4. He's a senior in HS now. PM me if you want. It's all in how far you are willing to go to get whats best for your child.
