Haha, not what you think it is. A fatty is a wonderful meat concoction you throw on the smoker. This, is a fatty. It is 1 pound of sausage or hamburger rolled out flat, then you put what ever you want in the middle, this week is broccoli, ham, and cheese. Next you roll it into a tube, like a meatloaf, and wrap it in bacon. Put it on the smoker till the middle is around 160-170 degrees and serve it up. I smoke it at about 250-275. WARNING- make sure you have a drip pan.
OMG!!! That looks amazing! And the bacon...I've never seen bacon woven before. I have to own a smoker to do this? Might be a good enough reason to go buy one. :d
You could do it on the grill. I have a mastercraft 7-in-1. I use propane and apple wood chips. The weave was actually easier than I thought it would be. Here is the website where I learned how to make these. www.smokingmeatforums.com Enjoy.
Damn I was hoping for some after pictures as well, you know some with the ends cut off of it ect... That looks ssssooooooo good.
