Well I rolled my jeep yesterday. I was on my way home from work around 6:30 and i decided i was gonna stop by a buddies house to see if he found the deer blind he was going to give me... Well he wasnt home so i figured i would just take the backroad to my house. I made the wrong choice. Roads were bad so i was only doing about 20 in 4-hi as i was going down a hill a yearling decided to run out infront of me, Note the whole road was snow covered and icy so i didnt hit the brakes or swerve and just barely missed the deer but about 100 yards after that hit solid ice and there was nothing i could do good thing i was only going about 15 during this but i did a 180 hit a deep ditch and over she went.. Im still in highschool so i dont have the fund to buy another so im going to dry the plugs and top off the fluids and see if she will run i shut it off right as it flipped since it was such a slow roll. Luckily i didnt get any tickets.
Your supossed to tell people it was like a 30 point buck you tried missing ha. Seriously though that sucks and at least you walked away.
lol i wish but ya seatbelt came off halfway through thats why headliner is all tore but i oped the passenger side door and walked out (well crawled out ) but i wasnt even sore this morning kinda suprised me no bruises, cuts, scratches nothing so im pretty lucky.
To think....we used to try to roll those on purpose driving through the creek beds....the bronco 2s were better...theyd go anywhere.....granted all ours had home made roll cages.....sorry for your luck but you did the right thing....could be worse Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
Glad your okay! My first vehicle was the same style you have just a little older. It was my favorite vehicle I ever owned. I'm surprised I never rolled her over.
