I just got in my rocket meat seekers with the 1 1/2 inch cut, three blade. After checking them out I am a little skeptical of the deployment system. they dont seem to like to lock open all the time and it also seems like they take a lot of force to open. any opinions from anybody who has had experience with them would be greatly appreciated.
I have the meat seeker 3 blade 2 inch cut first year using them. Shot a doe this year and same size entry and exit hole. What I did is hit it into wood and you will notice they open up just fine. You have to think about the amount of impact it has at a deer, with that they open just fine. They also will stay open all the way through due to the forward momentum keeping the tip pushed in
