A few from my photo albums. The first is a buck I killed in Texas. The owner of the proerty begged my to kill this "ugly" buck. I was more than willing.

Here's an elk from Colorado. We called this bull "Old Trailer Hitch" His horn grew in the wrong spot!

I wish I had a photo of the first mule deer buck I ever shot. He was an enormous 5x5. He was missing one testicle, and had some damage to his second nad (may have injured/lost htem going over a fence). His 10 pt. rack was about the size of a man's hands (imagine your hands being held together at the wrists w/ fingers up and slightly spread to get the image).

Rob, admit it! You're a sucker for freaks! I think it's cool!

This is the closest I have to a Rob Buck. Shot on my 18th birthday in '97.

There are lots of Rob bucks in the woods. I've shot a couple of them myself.

I also gave a couple a Free pass this year. One was trying his darnedest to breed my Redi-Doe.

They are coming out of the wood work.

A birthday Rob buck. That warms my heart.

And a "Rob" Elk, now that's something I thought I'd never see and since I don't have one myself, I suggest that a Will Elk now is invented. LOL

Great bucks guys. Love the character.

I wanted to throw a shout-out to Jim Broberg from Pine Ridge Archery. Many of you know him as the nice man who bought us dinner at the ATA Show this year.

Here's a mega RB that he slammed in 07.

NOPE... Not me. I would in a heart beat though. I call myself King of the Eight Point. I just seem to end up with an eight point in front of me. 86 deer with the bow. Mostly bucks. In all that my arrow has found one 10, a couple 9's and and hole train load of 8 points. What's up with that? Went to Ohio and shot another one this year. Nothing special and certainly not my best, but a nice respectable 8. King of 8 points and they're always pretty symetrical.

I took these bucks back in 7th & 8th grade. The bowkill was a 9X5, which was perfectly typical on one side, but with a double-main beam on the other and a few extra points. The rifle 5X5 buck had 3 1/2 legs. One of it's back legs was a stub, just below the knee, which is probably the reason for the deformity on it's left side.

Never shot one but finally got one on trail cam this year, and then over Thanksgiving 08 I rattled him right in under me, let him walk. He's at most 3.5 year old, he will be pretty tempting next fall. hes a 3x5
