Very nice. Quality work. I wish more hunting shows were held to cinematography standards similar to this. Most of the camera work and editing leave a lot to be desired.
In all fairness, some of that footage was shot on a $20K camera (if not more and not including the cost of lenses). Then again, that's not a hard investment for the bigger name shows with big $ sponsors.
I'm pleased to see this for sure....kudos to you Dan......thin out the herd.....thanks for sharing the video Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I727 using Tapatalk 2
All right I watched it again, all of it this time. After the first minute I expected to see a phone number so I could send God some of my money to save his children some where. After that there were some interesting clips that were to short to convey a thought. I'm sure there was more to it if put in context. And the music was to loud and more fit for a imported car commercial or maybe a movie staring Britney Spears, take your pick. Of course I didn't like "Phantom of the Opra" either. Some of you really to need to ask momma for the big girl panties, even if its just for the weekend. Its called sarcasm ladies!
God I love a smartazz.. LOL There is nothing in this little video that's going to change the world or anything I do or anything any of us do. It's just a bunch of photo editing and some of you take criticism of it as being the anti Christ. It's OK,,.. it's drivel... it's photo editing at it's mediocrity. Give the guy(John Gall) a break when he differs with you. And moderators threatening justice from above because someone thinks differently? That's what happened to Hunting Net.
Not sure how I missed this thread. Dustin and Matt are both great dudes and have helped me tremendously grow as a photographer and cinematographer. I can't wrap my head around how some of you guys respond that video with a "meh.." attitude. To each his own I guess. I thought it was fantastic. To think Matt was wandering around with a Nikon D90 just a couple years ago and is now shooting with a RED Epic all over the world is inspiring.
