Road trip for the holiday

Heading out tomorrow to Jo Davies county, IL for some R&R and fishing.
Everyone have a safe and fun July 4th holiday.

We did our trip last weekend to Tennessee. Just local stuff this weekend.

I'm headed to the lake house for a little fishing, wakebaording, and wave runners

 

Just heading to the future in-laws for a picnic, then to our friends for a party. Low-key.

 

Yep, I'll be heading to the future inlaws for some relaxing, and I'll get to try the new motor out on the canoe for some pike fishing hopefully.

 

Kayaking/fishing Friday.
10k Saturday morning, then time with the family.
Relaxing by the pool Sunday.

 

Jo Davies County!? Wow thats real close to me! Good luck! Where you headed? Isn't Apple Canyon up that way? Thats an awesome place to fish.


Having a cookout and laid back night at my place, gather some people, play some bags, drink some beer and roast half a dozen chickens!

 

Enjoy yourself Farley family! I thought about cruising out that way on Sunday since I don't have much going on to set out a trail cam on our lease. Perhaps I'll see you there.

 

Yes I will be staying with my Inlaws at apple canyon lake. Friday is beer and brats at the fire station so swing by I will be the dude in the cool BHC shirt.

I think it's about time for me to get some trail cams out; that's the big plans for my weekend.

Going Bowfishing with mobow either Friday or Sunday, whichever he decides on.

I was thinking about heading out to Trevor Wisconsin. There's a few people I know out there who will be gone for the weekend and I plan on throwing a GTG in their front lawn all weekend long.

for the 4th we are having a family reunion.
cant wait to meet all the relatives i didnt even know exsisted haha.

I'm staying close to home. Lots of fishing, eating, packing for Canada trip,

more fishing, more eating.

UPDATE:
Fantastic trip all around!
My 2 boys won the fishing tournament for their age groups. Both were returning champs so it was a cool.
We caught plenty of huge Bluegills and Crappies so they are in the freezer until I get back to my inlaws in August.
Next trip in a couple of weeks out to Richland County, Wi to visit parents and do some glassing.
Can't wait to see the 10 new calves they got.
